This Refund Policy applies to all services and events offered through The Returning, operated by Christina Medina, LLC dba Transcending Hearts Coacheering.

Coaching Programs — Reset and Reconnect

Due to the nature of 1:1 coaching and the preparation involved prior to our first session, all coaching program payments are non-refundable once the program has begun. If you need to cancel before your first session, please contact christina@christinamedina.org at least 48 hours in advance. In this case, a credit toward a future program or offering will be issued. No cash refunds will be provided. If unforeseen circumstances arise during your program, please reach out directly. We are committed to finding a solution that honors both parties.

Workshops and Events

Workshop tickets are non-refundable. However your ticket is fully transferable — you may pass it to someone else or convert it to a credit toward a future workshop or 1:1 offering. To transfer your ticket or request a credit, contact christina@christinamedina.org at least 24 hours before the event.

Human Design and Enneagram Readings

All readings are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled and preparation has begun. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.

General

Christina Medina, LLC dba Transcending Hearts Coacheering reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event or service. In the event of a cancellation initiated by Christina Medina, LLC dba Transcending Hearts Coacheering, a full refund or credit will be issued.
